What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer worldwide shipping via PostNL and DHL. Domestic orders within the Netherlands typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while international shipping varies between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
How can I return an item?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please use our online return portal to generate a shipping label.
Are your products 100% authentic?
Absolutely. Maha Amsterdam is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry, including Nike, Adidas, and New Balance. All products are guaranteed 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturers.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods including iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna (Pay Later), and all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Our team processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has reached the packing stage, it can no longer be modified.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes, if you are located in Amsterdam, you can select 'In-store Pickup' at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection at our Vijzelstraat location.
